Students thrive on Principia Upper School’s combination of abundant learning opportunities and high expectations. Our program is designed to cultivate young adults who are creative, critical thinkers, innovative problem solvers, and ethical, principled individuals.

The college-prep curriculum aims to help students in grades 9–12 develop applicable, transferable skills and competencies to effectively take on the opportunities and challenges of the 21st century. A variety of extracurricular activities, spiritually-based character education, and vigorous and inclusive athletics and co-curriculars round out our offerings. The fact that all teachers, staff, and students are practicing Christian Scientists uplifts the entire high school experience.

With day and boarding options, Upper School attracts students from coast to coast and nearly a dozen different countries. Living in family-like dorms, our boarders experience independence and a welcoming sense of home. Close friendships are forged in the classrooms and on the playing fields.

Opportunities to expand your experience abound at Upper School. Join us and discover them for yourself!
