Merrill Boudreaux, academic dean at the Upper School, retired from AT&T after 27 years of service in sales, marketing, operations, and internal process improvements.

Merrill has a BA in English and public speaking from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, an MA in English/Education from the University of Kansas, and hours toward a doctorate in Shakespeare at Drew University in Madison, NJ.

For 20 years, he served as an adjunct professor in English, marketing, management, and public speaking at Webster University in Kansas City, Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ, and Maryville University in St. Louis. He is also a former high school English teacher.
