Weekend at a Glance—Parents

After arriving in St. Louis, please drop off your student at the boys' or girls' dorm (preferably between 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.). Student visitors arriving between 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. will begin their weekend with lunch on campus. If arriving after 12:15 p.m., please plan on having lunch with your student before coming to campus.

Once student visitors have checked in at the dorm, they will be hosted by student ambassadors throughout the weekend. At the dorm, you will receive schedules and information and will then be free until dinner.

Saturday Evening
You are invited to join the Admissions staff for dinner (our treat)! Please meet at the flagpole outside the entrance to Upper School, and we will carpool to dinner off campus.

Enjoy attending church, spending the day sightseeing, visiting family and friends, or just relaxing.

A full day of activity is planned for you. Please meet at the Admissions Office at 8:00 a.m. You’ll attend chapel, take a tour hosted by parent ambassadors, and meet with key Upper School administrators (academic dean, dorm residential heads, dean of students, financial aid director, director of admissions, etc.). After lunch as our guest, you'll have the opportunity to visit classes and get answers to any additional questions you may have. Your day (and visit) will conclude at approximately 3 p.m.

“My teachers called on me to expand beyond my comfort zones and challenged me intellectually. I always felt their support as they pushed me to grow.”
