Join us on Friday, August 15 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the ribbon cutting and official unveiling of Principia’s student-painted mural in Blacksmith’s Tunnel, located under Clayton Road. An ambitious plan from the start, Principia ninth graders dove into the processes, planning, and painting of the once-underwhelming tunnel, transforming it into a vibrant mural that embodies and reflects the Town and Country community’s history and spirit.
From brainstorming to the final brushstrokes, students left a colorful, indelible mark for our community. The ribbon cutting will take place during the last Town and Country concert series event, with Ladue News on hand to capture the excitement.
Enjoy the images below capturing the tunnel’s transformation, and join us in person to celebrate our students’ imagination coming to life in the heart of Town and Country.
